Machined edges between the lugs have been left sharp! Those edges should show nicks and dents well in time. The hands in most light look like blue-black spring steel. Nice. But in brighter light and at the correct angle they are a stunning metallic blue. The face is plain, as per the watches that inspired it. I could do without the little dots on the face, but I don't mind them especially either. This will be a watch for wearing while doing physical work around the farm. The band is well suited to that role, too.

Arrived 11.15 this morning, 18/06/24. It is a beautiful copy of a WW2 RAF aircrew watch. This time piece is not leaving my wrist.
A bronze closure for the bracelet would have been appropriate. The steel lock doesn't really fit well.
